[REM-Info] REM v12.51 available

The REM/Rate v12.51 update is now available on our website: http://www.archenergy.com/products/rem/rem_rate//update/ The updater requires v12.4+ of REM/Rate be previously installed on your computer. The 12.51 version corrects the error in the ENERGY STAR duct leakage check from version 12.5.We will be looking to release version 12.52 in June/July which will include the new RESNET Labelas well as the Builder's Challenge report and a new report for existing homes.
