[REM-Info] REM/Rate v12.43 update available

A REM/Rate v12.43 update is now available on our website:

The updater requires v12+ of REM/Rate be previously installed on your computer.
 
 
The update includes the recently adopted RESNET Amendment revising how window area is calculated in multi-family homes.  In general this Amendment will improved the HERS Index in multi-family homes, making it easier to reach the requirements of the ENERGY STAR Qualified New Homes program. REM/Rate and REM/Design v12.5 are currently scheduled to be released in November.
