[REM-Info] REM/Rate v12.4 released

REM/Rate v12.4 is now available.  An updated to v12+ can be download from Architectural Energy Corporation's website:

http://www.archenergy.com/products/rem/rem_rate/update/

REM/Rate v12.4 CDs can be requested from our distribution manager, Steven Leavitt -- sleavitt at archenergy.com.


New features include:

    * Updated EPA ENERGY STAR Thermal Bypass Checklist.
    * Export Database can now be directed to SQL database.
    * Other minor enhancements and repairs:
          o Version number reported when opening older building files
          o Mechanical ventilation rate checked per ASRHAE 62.2
          o Repaired ASHRAE Standard 152 default fan flow
          o Repaired several UDRH script commands

Our testing indicates there should be no changes in results or HERS Index compared to v12.32.


REM/Design v12.4 is available now for purchase.  A downloadable version will be avialable on our website very soon.
