The building performance industry, as well as the nation as a whole, is 
confronted with incredible changes.  Energy is back in the news.  The year 
2006 witnessed such dramatic events as spiraling heating costs, federal tax 
credits for residential energy efficiency, and changes to ENERGY STAR and 
the home energy rating standards.

The 2007 RESNET Building Performance Conference will address the emerging 
opportunities and challenges facing the building performance industry.  The 
conference will take place on February 19 - 21, 2007 in San Diego, 
California.  Sessions will cover the following areas:
