[REM-Info] REM/Rate v12.33 released

REM/Rate licensees:

A REM/Rate v12.33 update is now available on our webserver:
http://www.archenergy.com/products/rem/rem_rate//update/


Changes include:

 - The addition of a second federal tax credit report that follows the procedures of RESNET Document No. 06-001.  Users can now toggle between the two tax credit calculation procedures allowed under IRS rules -- the existing 05-001-based and the newer 06-001-based reports.

 - The Energy Conservation Code of Southern Nevada energy code compliance reports have been updated to reflect the recent adoption of the 2006 IECC.


Building file, library file and Export Database formats remain compatible w/ v12.32.


REM/Design v12.3 will be available for release soon.  We are in the process of changing the way the REM/Design software is licensed, adding a registeration process that will allow on-line sales of the software.
